Google to Acquire Postini

Google is going to acquire an on-demand communication security company Postini for $625 million in cash. Postini is specialized in message and IM security, archiving encryption which archives all messages of the corporation on their servers and encrypts them so that they are secure and can be recovered back, and corporate policy enforcement where administrators can filter or block messages that contain certain keywords and can check for violation. Google intends to improve its Corporate App offering by this acquisition.
